No parent in the 14.10.x line pins a usable scanner, so 5.7.0.6970 is pinned locally in pluginManagement, next to the existing workaround. * PastePluginIT failed 4 times, because 14.10-7 resolves ${platform.version} to plain 14.10, whose CKEditor 4.19.1 doesn't perform the paste the test drives through WebDriver. Use parent-platform 14.10.21-1, which is the only version of that parent resolving to XWiki 14.10.21 (14.10.21, 14.10.22 and 14.10.22-1 all resolve to 14.10.20). 14.10.21 is needed since XWIKI-21867 disabled CKEditor's version check there. Without it, CKEditor 4.22+ queries ckeditor.com when the editor is ready and, since 4.22.1 is older than the secure version that endpoint reports, displays a notification over the editor. The test used to click that notification away, which is no longer needed, and was racy anyway since the notification only shows up once that HTTP request comes back.
