On xwiki.org the value is prefixed by how the feature is distributed — `xwiki:<extension id>` or `npm:<package id>` — and the prefix is what makes the Extension badge at the bottom of the page resolve. The unprefixed form produces no badge. This misstatement caused a documentation review to report all 21 conformant JIRA extension pages as malformed, so the correction also records that an unprefixed id is the defect rather than the norm.
