I guess you mean that you’re interested in contributing an application to the xwiki-contrib github organization? I’m curious: What will your application do? (not sure I understand what Acquisition means exactly). Please check http://contrib.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/WebHome#HRequestingaproject which explains how to ask for a contrib project.
