I can only say : "I like : Default, A, C and E with single colone."
This makes me thinking that colors are always so personal. Maybe an interesting thing can be to vote on some colors? So that XWiki could propose users themes colors that are nearest to a majority. Maybe once the color editor will be on rails to help produce color themes?
There are 2 things that will help address those concerns: - An user will be able to select his favorite skin in his profile. This skin will be used each time he views a page in the wiki - New skins will be easy to create and existing skins easy to edit using the color theme builder Therefore it will pretty easy for anyone to get the colors she likes best applied to the wiki. - The contrast between the white and the light grey seems not enough for my eyes. For ex in the top level menu, it's really hard to read the white text on the light gray background

Maybe it is screen calibration? Dealing with MedianGrey/White contrast is always dificult. Many people like it for its softness, yet it can endanger accessibility. In an other way, it can be a problem for visually impaired people too.
Thanks Thibaut

Hi Cati and all,
I'm ok for the default theme you proposed but I have 2 color problems with it: - The link color is really "alien" compared to the rest. I think a blue color like the one in BlueSky for the links would be better - The contrast between the white and the light grey seems not enough for my eyes. For ex in the top level menu, it's really hard to read the white text on the light gray background
Thanks -Vincent

yes you can vote on the default one, or even can propose another. But the default version should be basic.
This week I won't have time to focus more on Color Themes, because we need to polish the skin, but would be great to see other proposals for predefined themes.
Thanks, Caty

Hi,
The new XWiki 2.0 Skin (Colibri) will let you easily change the colors using a ColorTheme Class done by Marta.

Here are some examples of theme customization:

Very nice, I particularly like A, D and E.
After XWiki's Colibri release would be nice to have a gallery with
themes
