xwiki database backup

I am working on XWiki MySQL database backup. I have to take the database backup and export it to other system within xwiki, so that the other system will have all the data . Can you please me, is there any plugin available for it or I have to create one new page and do some programming? If yes, then what code I have to write for the same. Thanks, Anuj
