Indeed, but we're already recommending some svn settings for line ending:native We can add a more detailed ~/.subversion/config file somewhere on dev, since there aren't so many comitters, but many projects. This has the advantage that it has to be written once for all projects.
There's a recursive ignore option too but I don't know how it works to be honest and whether it'll work if you check out a single build module.
I'm all for a better solution but I don't know one.
