I don`t mind option A (+1) with the following rationale:
- The link is to the pro section of the page, but scrolling shows the community support as well -- Bonus: "professional" does not === "paid"... you can also see the community as a group of professionals :)
oh no, that would muddy the water :) "Professional support" is a generic term than means $$$ And Professional support on our page is clearly business support and paying. There’s no logic in renaming our Community Support as Professional Support IMO.
- Maybe it would look more comforting to know first hand that professional support is available to solve your problems and your needs and also discover the community option along the way. Showing only the community option or putting it first would lose (IMO) one of XWiki's strength, which is the the existence of professional support options.
That’s why I prefer B.
-- Additionally, community support is also a bit "implied" by the fact that XWiki is open source :)
So we deliver an open source product and you think we should have a panel that only advertise business support (that’s what our professional support is about) but not the community one. How weird! :) Thanks -Vincent
Vincent's last suggestion is OK too, but lacks the above.
Thanks, Eduard

I've used the following suggestions: - Vincent: replaced "If you need help with your wiki, you can contact
our"
to "If you need help with XWiki you can contact" - Guillaume: replaced "professional support" with "Professional
Support"
Updated the screenshots.
Votes so far: A: +0.5 (GD), +1 (Caty) B: +1 (Vincent), C: +0.5 (GD)
I've voted for A, since the Community Support is presented on the same
page
as Professional Support. I've wanted to keep the message as short as possible, while satisfing the purpose: letting the user know he can get support.
That logic is wrong. If your intent was to " I've wanted to keep the message as short as possible, while satisfing the purpose: letting the user know he can get support.” then you could have simply said:
“If you need help with xwiki you can contact the Support” and link to https://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Main/Support which shows all support options.
To be honest, I would prefer this version, but depends on what is our objective. The layout of the Support page could be improved to better list all the options we have.
Thanks, Caty
Personally I prefer B because it shows all options more clearly but I’d also be fine with “If you need help with xwiki you can contact the
Support”.
Thanks -Vincent
Thanks, Caty

+1 for A or C, with the wording "Professional Support".

For pure support, I’d vote for B but I wouldn’t say “our” which means nothing when a user sees this in his wiki (since “our” points to the company/entity in which the wiki was installed). I’d say instead “If you need help with XWiki you can contact:”.
Note that I also wrote “XWiki” instead of “your wiki” since the admin of the wiki would be the one to help with their wiki ;)
Thanks -Vincent
