According to http://xwiki.markmail.org/thread/tyceqsfdsnq2wikh Toucan is not maintained, but supported since Jan 2010. That's about 3 years ago.
The question is what do we plan to do with Toucan skin? +1 for retire and closing all JIRA issues
This means that our only supported skin will be Colibri (added in 2.0, our default since Sep 2009, base skin since Dec 2010).
