Not really. All our existing skins make use of hover events to display important actions. It is relatively easy to make a skin that displays fine on small screens, but it's difficult to fix the hover triggers.

Does it make sense for XWiki to automatically determine screen resolution and apply a "small screen" skin for those browsing from mobile devices?
