Does anyone WikiManagerPluginApi to create virtual xwiki? I am developing restful web serivce to create virtual xwiki. I am getting "You don't have create wiki rights" while creating it through WikiManagerPluginApi. I am not sure how to admin user in Xwikicontext with create rights? Did you install the default template "templatexe"?
