I'd emphasize rewriting all the existing (clientside) code to use a common codestyle and a common L&F. Each part of the UI has its own look, thus the interface seems messy, unpolished, unprofessional.
Note: This is not a roadmap! It's just some ideas thrown out for fun and to see what everyone's wishes are for 2009 :)
