Are UML tools useful for this? Perhaps Poseidon (http://www.gentleware.com/index.php - it has free community edition, their professional edition has eclipse plugin) or some other UML tool that works with Eclipse (such as EclipseUML http://www.omondo.com as one) . I haven't used any of these tools, so I am not sure if these will be useful for showing APIs (or generating them automatically from javadoc/src) -Bikash
