I'd like to extend this even more. Here's what I did for a custom site: I added a new field to the XWiki.XWikiProperties class, "purpose", which roughly defines what the space is for, like Administrative, Content... This field is used in: - search: for normal users results are only searched in public (non-administrative) spaces - menu generation: a top level menu was generated from the Content spaces - RSS feed: only notify about changes in the public spaces Its uses can be extended to whatever is needed. Hi, what do you think about excluding the XWiki space from the rss feed? Because users don't care about the modification of the configuration of the wiki or the new accounts, they only care about the content modifications.
