I have not thought about that yet, but I can see two possibilities: 1) enforce clean 2) don't execute the macro.
Considering the fact that the user have explicitly requested clean="false" it seems most reasonable to raise an error to inform the user that this is not allowed. I'm going with this solution for now. Best Regards, /Andreas
