[xwiki-devs] Remove com.xpn.xwiki.test.smtp package

Hi, I'd like to remove this package which doesn't seem to be used and is something used for testing and thus has nothing to do in src/main/java. In addition for tests we now use Greenmail. Please let me know if you think this is used somewhere and I've missed it. Thanks -Vincent
