[xwiki-devs] [VOTE] Deprecate all non-velocity APIs that use String for document reference and use DocumentReference instead

Hi devs, I'd like to continue on this work area but I want to be sure we all agree about this. For example this means adding a lot of new APIs in XWikiStoreInterface to return List<DocumentReference> instead of List<String>, etc. I believe it's fine with everyone but since this is going to cause a lot of changes I thought I should ask to ensure we are all aware of it. +1 from me.
