Thus I propose that: - we don't add new stuff to master except bug fixes and commits related
- we push the 3.2M3 release to Monday 26 Sep. This means being ready to release this Thursday 22nd so that we can be sure we'll release on Monday
to the issues above 26.
- we push the 3.2RC1 release to Monday 3rd of October (one week after M3 only) - 3.2Final stays on the 10th of October.
