[xwiki-devs] Adding new "Forum Tab" next to Comments Tab on every page

I have been working on www.wikinote.org I want to add a new "Forum Tab" next to "Comments Tab" on every page. In that Tab I need options like: 1] functionality to add web-links. (pointing to 'forum pages' and 'topics in the forum') 2] display the list of already added links.
