Don't you think it could be advisable to recommend a package for installing Eclipse? I'm reading http://dev.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Community/BuildingInEclipse As far as I see here http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/compare-packages, JEE and Reporting packages both include Web Tools.
