Hi,
It's true that Import not a "Page" level menu item, but since we don't
have a general menu at this point it is the best fit.
+1 I agree this is it the choice right now. +1 to do that quickly before 1.8M1 and we can think of reorganizing the menus for 1.8M2 and later.
