Basically the idea is that active means having at least 1 commit in a period of 1 year (rolling period).
We had discussed this and it was hinted in the text I rewrote.
Just wanted to make sure we all agree about it.
Sounds fair to me. One question: how do you decide whether I'm still active (given my status is a bit special)? Guillaume
This notion can be useful on: * the hall of fame page * the new download page where companies can list their number of active committers
