I don't know what you mean here but if you want to be sure that your comment will be sent you can do svn -m "message"
I tried to edit the log after the commit, but it didn't work because the server is not propchange enabled. Will enabling property editing, after commits, raise any issues? Because it will be usefull in some(rare) cases.
