[xwiki-devs] [VOTE] Release Application Manager + Wiki Manager plugins and applications

Hi, Thomas and I would like to release both the Application Manager + Wiki Manager plugins and applications. They are needed for XEM 1.0M1. Preliminary docs: * http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Code/ApplicationManagerApplication * http://www.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Code/ApplicationManagerPlugin * No doc yet on the Wiki Manager app and plugin but they are forthcoming for the release.
