[xwiki-devs] [VOTE] Stop packaging oscache implementation of the cache API by default with XE

Hi devs, We never use it AFAIK so I propose to remove it from default XE distribution. XE is pretty big right now so would be cool to reduce its size when possible. WDYT ? -- Thomas Mortagne
