The one that launches edition of the attachment through WEBDAV.
IIRC It's only displayed when webdav works and the user has IE or the FoXWiki plugin enabled thus I don't think it should go away.

I never had that add-on active and I can still see the edit.
FoXWiki 1.0b is not compatible with Firefox 3.5.6 - so the list of user gets very small that can use an old add-on.
IE users with Word installed will be able to use it. They're the majority of enterprise users. Guillaume
