[xwiki-devs] [Idea] Add similar issue feature to our JIRA

Hi guys, I'd like to add the "similar issues" features of http://www.plugenta.com/suggestimate/jira/tour.html You can see it in action at https://jira.exoplatform.org/browse/CRASH-114 for example.
