Hello Devs, is there any limitations on how many BLOGS can be created on one installed XWiki. Some one told me that the maximum six person can create six different blogs in one XWiki. Is it true? Best regards Viv

Actually I met one person few days back at a book store who recently installed one Wiki in his intranet; he is director of operation in a startup and told me that wiki was not enough for then they also needed blogs for each users.... Thanks again Vincent, so far I only tried XWiki Enterprise, and liked it with all its features and they kind of meet most of the requirements that most Wiki users are looking for. I never checked XWiki Workspaces, may be I should try them too. I hope XWiki Workspaces also have all the features of XWiki Enterprise. One general is ok, for instance for displaying news that are of interest for all, but some users are asking me to have their own blog. Hi Fabien, I guess if each user create a XWiki page that will provide you with a temporary patch for your problem. What your users are saying about this solution? Hi all, Interesting debate :-) To sum things up : - You can create multiple blogs in XWiki Enterprise, but given the current implementation it is not trivial and requires some development, XWiki knowledge & coding skillz. - XWiki Workspaces provides built-in support for personal spaces where each and every of your users will have its own blog if he wants to. Therefore if your basic need is to have one blog per user I'd strongly advise going for XWiki Workspaces (http://workspaces.xwiki.org/) since it was built with this aim in mind. I actually started trying to rewrite the blog application some time ago to provide support for multiple blogs in XE but its quality isn't good enough yet and I don't have time to clean & distribute it right now...
