You're talking about XWiki Enterprise? If that's the case I kind of agree that we could make it easy to create as many blogs as you want (especially as it's a no brainer). If you're talking about XWiki Workspaces then it's already there... Maybe this is the product you're looking for? Thanks -Vincent
Actually I met one person few days back at a book store who recently installed one Wiki in his intranet; he is director of operation in a startup and told me that wiki was not enough for then they also needed blogs for each users....

In XWiki Enterprise there's only 1 blog by default, although you can modify the blog application to create as many as you want. In XWiki Workspaces I think each user has its own blog.
