I've seen this problem on beta 3. The problem in this version is that the panelnames aren't retained when the layout changes. When I copy the panelnames before I change the layout and paste them in the correct field (Left Panels or Right Panels) in Skin Preferences after the change, the layout is correctly displayed. Ronald.
