read http://platform.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/AdminGuide/Configuration#HTurningof... but replace "showcomments" by "minoredit", "no" by "0". This way is not recommended unless you need to switch some feature off without xwiki restart. -- Artem Melentyev
