I had this once too. Could you please check that you have enabled the cache setting in FF3? Also, just for verification reasons, try to untick the 'Allow pages to set their own fonts...' setting under 'Preferences' > 'Content' > 'Advanced'. This has been verified by a colleague of mine using Firefox 3 RC1, and we see the same performance problems on xwiki.org. Is this something that should be fixed in xwiki, or is it more likely to be a firefox bug?
