Wiki Syntax conversion

Is there any conversion script to convert from one style of wiki syntax to another? I'm currently running a media wiki engine and would like to move all the content to Xwiki, unfortunately the wiki syntax is quite different, any help in this would be highly appreciated. Thanks, - Mark
