[xwiki-users] How the change a color on a ColorTheme

How the change a color on a ColorTheme? I opened one of the ColorTheme. I dont have any idea to chance the color value. In the XWiki doc is a screen dump of the ColorTheme with a button and some kind of color selector. However, I never see this in my XWiki in life?
