Restricting Delete for attachments

Hi There, Currently, I am allowed to specify access rights for Pages and Spaces. But, the attachments that get added, you would still be able to delete them even???? Is there a fix available for this already or am I missing something? Any help on this will be appreciated! -Thank You, Rajgo
