[xwiki-users] need video on myxwiki.org

Hi, I need install this extension http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/Video+Macro on http://coc.myxwiki.org. Is it possible without PR or a nice admin can do it or is it strickly forbidden? Thxs Pascal
