[xwiki-users] User Rights on Bulletin Board application

All, We have the Bulletin Board application installed. The last step in the configuration is setting up rights. Admin, moderator, user type rights. I'm not sure I fully grasp how this works. Is this the same as "Page Access Rights" off the Edit menu... surely I don't have to go to each page and edit those. It seems like there should be some area of the Bulletin Board administration where I can configure all the user rights for my board. Please advise, Jason
