[xwiki-users] empty Candidates list of rejected users.

I have set up a subwiki and have been doing a lot of testing regarding authentication which has left a large amount of test users in my Candidates list. Is there a way to remove these join requests from the admin section? I can't seem to get into the edit mode of the XWikiPreferences page for the user section. Thanks
