Hello Ludovic I fact the link was for XWiki.Toolbar but I expected to be Main.Toolbar since I was sawing the Main.Toolbar. In fact I made a mistake in my last mail because to modify the Main.Toolbar I had to put the adress : http://www.cosgov.org/xwiki/bin/edit/Main/Toolbar in my browser. On the default wiki, the toolbar is shared globally in the wiki, and therefore is XWiki.Toolbar. If you have or want to create a local toolbar for the Main space, then the page is Main.Toolbar.
Was the link XWiki.Toolbar (correct), xWiki.Toolbar (typo), or did you expect it to be Main.Toolbar ? Ludovic

The way I've found to modify the Main.Toolbar was to write in my browser the following URL : http://www.cosgov.org/xwiki/bin/edit/XWiki/Toolbar
Thanks to correct this in your next if it is a bug or to explain me why I'm wrong.
