You can delete a translation if that is not the original version of the document. From the browser, just append ?language=de to the delete URL, like: http://www.yourhost.com/xwiki/bin/delete/Some/Document?language=de From velocity, you can do: $xwiki.getDocument("Some.Document").getTranslatedDocument("de").delete()
