little problem with giving XWikiAllGroup delete rights...

hey, i want to give XWikiAllGroup delete rights... I added XWikiAllGroup with level delete, edit and view in the global rights manager but there is still no delete button in the topbar for any user of XWikiAllGroup. there are also no conflicting right-entrys in the space rights manager... is there anything i forgot to attend?
