Install Error (1.0 beta 6 / Postgres on Tomcat 6.0.10)

I used the 1.0-beta-6 WAR and changed the hibernate config file ---- I don't believe a lack of a db connection would cause this error?? The Error: The requested resource (/xwiki/bin/view/Main/WebHome) is not available.
