I stopped to use worspace, and I now use enterprise, which work well for me.
Great :) Note we are planning in the medium to long run to implement features similar to those of XWS (application installation/uninstallation, simplified groups/rights, invitations, etc) in the couple XE + Enterprise Manager. Jerome.
