If you are running a local xwiki you can use tools like DB Visualizer (windows app) to connect and view DB structure. You also need to understand a bit about xwiki properties as they reflect in db structure (table names). Also look at Hibernate mapping http://svn.xwiki.org/svnroot/xwiki/platform/core/trunk/xwiki-core/src/ main/resources/xwiki.hbm.xml
