[xwiki-users] Speech Wiki

I just noticed the new extension "Speech Wiki" <http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/SpeechWiki> That "sounds" great! But on the page it states that "Also you need to authorize access to voice recognition"...but it doesn't say how!
