There might be some XWiki extensions for this. See http://extensions.xwiki.org/xwiki/bin/view/Extension/#|t=extensions&p=1&l=30&s=doc.creationDate&d=desc&name=pdf . I'd check "PDF Export Collection Application" or "XWiki MultipagePdfExport Application - Space Export". I'm not sure if these applications have good support for nested pages though. You need to check for yourself.
