Better RSS?

I implemented an RSS, but it gives me entries like this: KB.Questions.Q106 Version 1.1 edited by Xwiki.ahall on <date> How would one go about generating an RSS that was more useful (say, the following): Q106: How do I get to the Knowledgebase You can get to the Knowledgebase by bookmarking this link.
