[xwiki-users] Parent/child pages

I've been looking through the XWiki documentation and have been wondering about setting a parent when creating a new page. I can only see two effects: 1) visually, in the page descriptor (eg. in space "Projects": "Projects: Project Template > Project1" (with a parent) vs " Projects: Project1" (without a parent). 2) in the "document index" tree view where pages are shown in their parent/child hierarchy Other than that, is there any purpose to setting a parent?
