I think it is caused by the fact that one of the blog articles was edited using the old WYSIWYG editor, and using a copy/paste from MS Word. This resulted in some badly broken markup that makes the page invalid.
The solution is to edit the bad article ( http://www.congojug.com/xwiki/bin/view/Main/CongoJUGsionenparlait ) and cleanup the content.
An upgrade to a recent version of XWiki would be very good, and would prevent this problem from happening, since the new blog uses the new WYSIWYG editor, which handles copy/paste from MS Word better.
