That's weird since macro errors like "Failed to execute the [include] macro" always come from an exception. Maybe you have a js issue that make impossible to display the error details, you can probably find it in the html source.

It seems to be the issue XSKINX-39 but it was fixed a long time ago. Nothing in the xwiki or tomcat log.
Is there something to verify ?
