I confirm that it works. In summary, to reset the stats of a wiki, just delete the content of the 3 tables xwikistatsdoc, xwikistatsreferer and xwikistatsvisit. Of course, it would be easier to just click on a button in an admin page but it seems that it is not a very used feature. Thank you Marius.
